1. Preliminary preparation

Before installing outdoor aluminum alloy floor, we need to make full preparations. First, measure the area where the floor needs to be laid, and calculate the number of aluminum alloy floors required based on the area. At the same time, make sure that the ground is flat and free of debris and sharp objects to avoid damaging the floor during installation. Secondly, prepare the tools and materials required for installation, such as screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, rulers, special glue for floors, etc.

2. Floor laying

1. Positioning and marking

According to the measurement results, mark the ground with chalk or paint to determine the laying position of each floor. Pay attention to keeping the gap between the floors uniform for subsequent installation.

2. Install the keel

Install the floor keel at the designated position. The keel is the main structure supporting the floor, and its quality directly affects the stability and service life of the floor. Therefore, choose a high-quality keel and ensure that it is installed firmly and flatly.

3. Laying the floor

Place the aluminum alloy floor on the keel and fix the floor to the keel with a screwdriver. During the fixing process, ensure that the gap between the floor and the keel is uniform and the floor surface is flat. If necessary, use special floor glue to fix it to enhance the stability and anti-slip properties of the floor.

4. Splicing floors

After a single floor is laid, the floor needs to be spliced. During the splicing process, ensure that the gap between the floors is uniform and the splicing is tight. If necessary, use special floor clamps for fixing and adjustment.

5. Edge treatment

After the floor is laid, the edges need to be treated. You can use special floor edge strips to cover it to enhance the aesthetics and waterproofness of the floor. At the same time, ensure that the gap between the edge strip and the floor is tight to prevent debris from entering.
